To create a cohesive suite of brand materials, including advertising, brochures, and collateral, that would attract a targeted number of Santander’s bank account holders to upgrade to its private banking arm – and attract newcomers from elsewhere, too.
We positioned the brand firmly within the Santander family, in terms of typefaces and logos, while elevating its status to that of a genuine private bank, through the quality of our design and messaging.
From our target audience of Santander bank account holders the campaign achieved a 95% upgrade rate to Cater Allen. While a 17% increase in newcomers was achieved over the evaluated 24-month period.
